Juno was a normal person doing normal stuff until she found a djinn. After the granting Juno her three wishes she put a magic seal( the tattoo) on her turning her into a Djinn and trapping her in a gem of a magic necklace(she can get out freely, she just dont know how)
Juno can use her magic freely however she wants.
When she is summon, she grants whoever three wishes, but her wishes has a twist to em ( so watch how you say your wishes)
