I love tea. I always joke in streams that if tea was a species, I'd be a tea dragon. I has a woody taste.
How to make dragon tea:
1. Insert dragon into tub of water.
2. Raise water temperature to near boiling.
3. Let steep for 1 hour.
4. Pay dragon and schedule to come back in 1 week and remind him to bring a book next time.

Would tea be cannibalism? I mean, I guess, if another dragon ingested it. It's not like it is soup. And just because the water is hot doesn't mean that you've been cooked. Hell, you could make dragonhead SUN tea. Well, if you were willing to lay in a small pool for at least a day. Do dragons sunburn? Well maybe, you do have that pink-haired complexion.
