My still unnamed bat pony in an argument with Rainbow Dash, mainly about his fear of heights clashing with her ego, and despite his fear of heights, he is capable of using his wings as the picture shows, but that's as high off the ground as he usually likes to get.

Him being a former human as well, the thought of forming a tornado as well since humans usually don't control the weather like the ponies do, but of course Dash being who she is wants all the Ponyville pegasi to help, though the bat pony's fear of heights is quite the roadblock.
