I don't know if the eyes are standard for this character, but between those glowing eyes, and that grin... whoever's on the other end of that sword is about to have a *really* bad day.

I tend to play breath weapon kobolds like Dragon Shaman and DragonFire Adept with marshal dips. My kobolds usually don't end encounters due to the lack of damage, but man, she can REALLY take a whoopin'. XD

One reason for that is good hit dice as well as, because being a breath weapon, it's her incentive for pumping constitution. It enables her to nobble and slow her opponent down while keeping her distance, thus making her something of a tactical tank. fun times. x3
