Midna was caught after the events of the twilight princess era to of been covering the lands and world in twilight without realizing, and as such has been detained and had her mind and NPC data reset, unable to remember link, or anyone. and revoked of her ability to be the twilight princess. whether by accident or on purpose was unkown, but she put up a fight against her masters, which explains the cuts. Data pours into her wounds and quickly finds her brain, and resets her to square 1 all over again. For this is probably the most ultimate game over. *This takes place soon after the ending of zelda TP, non-cannon*
