Thanks, Supercat! This fur I bought from Mendels but it is VERY close to Shannon LS orange. I just bought 25 yards of this orange so if ya need some, I'd be glad to sell ya some.
I use an Andis AGC. the face was shaved with a 5FC 6.3mm blade and I always shave the fur before cutting out the face patterns. just shaves a lot better that way.

Thanks, I would have never thought to shave the fur first. And extra orange... I don't think I have orange in me? Plus I have the mother of all fabric stores just miles down the road with a wall of fur http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7918574/ most is Shannon ls, $25/yrd, 1/3yrd minimum and if you buy the whole role or remanded of the role it is $18/yrd... kinda hard to beat
