Look What the Evil Incarnate Dragged In...
Due to faltering technology and a whole mess of work and family situations (relax, everything's working out fine), I haven't been drawing much, which is why I present to you... this.
It's an old piece, circa early 2012 (maybe). Yes, those are heart stickers. Had it in my hard-drive with the intention to fix it up when I learned more Photoshop skills.
That hasn't happened yet and won't in the foreseeable future. Besides, I believe I need Adobe Illustrator for the lineart. No hard-drive space for that...
I forgot what inspired me to do this in the first place. As you can see, we have Rajah the tiger. Maybe he was my inspiration... And yes that's Jasmine petting a 'feral' Asael.
The reason why I inked it at all was because it kept smudging, so I caved and decided to try inking it.
The results weren't satisfactory to me and I shelved it, occasionally toying with the idea of uploading it.
Well, tonight I'm comfortable enough to upload it.
So enjoy, because I dunno if I'll Scrap it or something.
Looks like I may need to add a little bit more to the description...
The spell requires for one being to take place of another (maybe I got that idea after reading Transformers UK comic book reprints...), the catch being that they'll change their anthropic nature, hence Mirage's cheesy title for the whole exercise. Funny that Mirage uses Asael for a guinea pig even before the events that took place in my little fanfic. Maybe she tried the (relatively) lesser dangerous experiments on him...
The minds are intact.
While Asael can -for example- talk, his 'four-legged frame' impedes him from doing so, so he'll just make do with the simple pleasures of a dog's life. Rajah has the ability to talk, if he a) actually knew -or cared- how to and b) wasn't distracted by more important matters...
It's all temporary. It's all over when both Asael and Rajah look into the mirrors... eventually.
