Before there was Clopan, there was Sheba.
Sheba (originally named Shayden) is my first fursuit. It was a used suit that I bought on FurBid in fall 2009. I had no hand in designing her, I was just in the market for a "starter" suit and I thought she was interesting and fairly priced. The head was actually a one-night rush job by
Fuchsia and
RastafarianLion. The hands were by
MixedCandy, the feet were by
roofur, and the tail was by
fursuiting

Edit: As of 11/23/13, Sheba belongs to my friend
rayven13 and is now known as "Lucas."

I do! She was getting ratty and worn because A) She wasn't that well-made in the first place and B) I wasn't as careful with her as I should have been. So I recently had a friend deep-clean her and do some minor repairs.
It'll be hard to get rid of her, since she has sentimental value to me. And I like the idea of having an "extra" suit around that I can loan to someone or wear as an alternative to Clopan. But in reality I probably won't wear her much, because the vision and ventilation in the new suit is a lot better.

Oh my god, I remember this! I believe I improved leaps and bounds since then, but I'm so glad this suit had a good run!
I'm tempted to do a one day (or night) rush job again, just to see how different it would look from this one. xD
The hands are indeed from Mixed Candy! I don't remember who made the tail, but the feet were by Roofur! http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4915170/

I wanted an affordable secondhand suit before committing to a pricier brand-new custom one, and I'm glad I came across this suit when I did. I loved it, I had a lot of fun in it at cons and get-togethers, it made a lot of people smile, and it was an important first step for me into the world of fursuiting. Thank you for making that possible.
The swaggering punk wolf was a particularly fun character for me to embody because I'm normally a passive, quiet type.
When I passed Sheba on to my friend (who adored the suit), "she" became a male character named Lucas. The suit is showing its age and the owner is no longer involved in the furry fandom so I guess the suit has been retired, but it's a well-earned retirement.
