Ok this may have not much to do with furry... but it fills up my FA account :)

Here is the Vader mask I've made a looooooooonnngggg time ago. A time, in which I spoke english very slow, while stuttering a lot. A time were I started to make crazy stuff, and I started with biggest one right at the beginning :D
In case you've watched my video on YT, yes that's me, and here is the mask made with pepakura. Everything is resined, fiberglassed and bondo-ed.
On the details. The eyes are made from hard plastic, toned by spraypainting very carefully. You can see through it (very misty, but working). Tusks are pen tips, the mesh is from cardboard. The hardest part was definitely the dome. One big as hell plain model, that was beding so easily, even reinforcing it with cardboard was not enough. Hard work, but definitely worth the deal. I made mine under 100 zł (around 50 bucks, or so). Compare that to the crappylefted ones in price :P

No, I don't have the files any longer... so I'm sorry in advance. And I don't answer this particulary question any longer on YT, because I've posted this answer so many times in the comments, it becomes boring.
And yes, it is wearable, although I would need to reinforce the mounting system to be sure nothing will fall off. The mounting system is a simple pvc construction glued on the top of the helmet.

Anyways, I hope you like it. It was my first build with pepakura, I could definitely make a better one right now, but the mess with the resin and fibreglass is really big. The next prop I'll make is the Iron Helmet from Skyrim... yeah, I know, everyone made it, but I want to have it at least for my geeky showcase :P
