Back again with another stab at tablet practice. This time around, though, I attempt the dreaded 3/4 view. I'm still not used to it as you'll see throughout the entire progress of my work. At the same time, I'm also attempting to eventually have all the lineart layers merged into one and work from there. I'll explain as I go along.
Starting off with preliminary sketch to establish the overall shape of my subject's headshot. This 3/4 view sketch design is based off of my countless other past attempts at trying said view. Check out my Sketchbook Practice submissions if you don't believe me. I think this is an okay form how I drew the view here, but I get the feeling that it could be better.
