Hazzah I have something this week.
Here is a monster called a Tunnel Wurm. (totally original I know.) This is the first monster I built from the ground up, and I'm proud of it. Ok I looked at one other monster sprite for reference but the head spike plate things are totally mine. These things live underground doing whatever worms do. They're hunted down for their teeth to craft small tools and things since they're hard enough to break through rock.
Also you can see the new battle background for cave systems. It was a bit difficult to start the design on this since caves are just fill of rock...and rock...and more rock! Looking at it I'm wondering if I should add shadows for the stalactite hanging from the ceiling?
