This will be my last upload today. Here is the assembly with all components in place. I put all of the actuators in one box, to be placed at the base of the skull, which transmits motion out to the ears using a bicycle-cable type mechanism. This assembly uses over 120 components, moving 6 separate lines, and it all fits into the palm of your hand! The tiny servos are Ultra-Nano Scale.

Along with this mechanism are the actual ears. I am working on them them in parallel and will be putting them together soon. You can see images of them below; various positions are mocked up for the moment, which will eventually be used to create a flexable model to be animatronically controlled.
