Ok, this scene here isn't really even mentioned in Midsnow's book, but I decided to commission Seth to draw Blackspots as shi was walking past the Cat's Eye Pub on its opening day, and shi hears the commotion going on inside, and because of hir curiosity, shi decides to go inside.
The Cat's Eye Pub is written by Chakat Midsnow and is set in 2350. I recommend purchasing this book.
