Well whats really happening is that Ruby evolved into her Braixen form and instead of being on all fours, shes now bipedal. Foamy's always had the ability (well myrtle's froakie anyway) to walk on 2 legs...so its the little mermaid all over again with the moment shes out of the water she needs help learning how to walk on her own two feet......which foamy doesnt seem to mind doing XD
