Thats what the land lord lady told me when she show me this Apartment. i was hooked instantly, and leased it.
I now live there, completely unfurnished, with only just a mattress and some kitchen stuff, but i love it. Tomorrow i'll get a table and some chairs, and hopefully soon some internet too.
