Hello! Just to inform you this is not her drawing, I made it.. and she refuses to pay me for it. This is posted without my permission.

As I read in your submission for them, it was a merchandise trade. Not money for product.
Not taking sides, just stating facts of what I see.
So why is it now you are saying that you were not "payed"
Also if it was a trade, the art is for them, shouldn't they be able to post as they please?
I am a little confused by all of this.

I use the term "paid" as what she promised in return was not delivered.

Basically, this person has a notorious past for scamming artists as you can see in previous posts to the artists_beware community. If you read my post you will get a better understanding of what happened. She has also made a public claim that she is only "paying" for some commissions she has ordered and not others (including mine). So basically she has publicly announced that I will not be getting my half.

So yes: I spent hours of these badges, and 5 months later she announces she will not be delivering her half, or paying for her other outstanding commissions. I do not believe it is fair that she can keep this art when she claims that she will not be delivering her half. That was the agreed terms: merchandise for art. If she doesn't deliver, how is it fair she gets to keep the art?
