Well, the back half sits on the passenger side, then the hip against the edge of the driver's seat, and use your right leg for the pedals. A little awkward, admittedly, and likely a little back pain with your hip rotated to face forward the whole drive, but it could probably work.

That or fold the seat down, sit on the back seat, rest your bottom torso on the folded seat, and place your upper portion and legs like you normally would. That'd likely be the easier way of doing it, actually.

Yeah probably the latter would be the most comfortable. Thank goodness she drives an SUV, plenty of room for the tail!

Yeah TFs are kinda weird and challenging to work on, because it's really hard to make it all flow together.
