Cartoon Icon (Commission by Jonas)
In the latest installment of Other People's Art, here is an icon done by 
jonas as part of a theme in which his customers pick a cartoon from between 1950 and 2000 and he would portray their character in that cartoon's style.
So I had Dr. Akai done in the style of Sunbow animation from the 1980s (the makers of G.I. Joe, Transformers, Inhumanoids, and many many others).
He captured the look very well, I think.
