It is not that difficult. You could probably ride it the first minute. Controlling it properly might take an hour or so.

Thanks :) it is difficult indeed and I crashed into a car at some point. Luckily here was no damage. The bike has a seat though!

the seat must be placed very forward then. ( i see no pole) i remember seeing these with a bigger front wheel once on display at a museum.
