I dunno...
This was supposed to be a sort of ref for Selarome...and then I wanted it to be a ref for a sort of newish character, an actual character for Tanookicatoon...
Buuuut...I accidentally put the hat on the inks and such and I thought it looked to much like a Sergal with a Smeargle tail... >_>
Eh...an enigma this one is... <_>
So yeah...I don't think I'll finish this...it's...a mess of a something not so messy... DX
