So continuing on the mega theme, we have Mega Absol. As drawn in his Mega Absol form! It's funny really, that he's been drawn with wings for a long time now, but now he can have them for real and stick to Pokémon canon! While drawing this, NMR wrote a tiny little story based on the picture, so give that a read too!
Nathan blew a puff of air out, trying (and utterly failing) to move the longer mane out of his left eye. He could still see, somewhat, but his vision was limited to the the right-side and whatever he could make out between the strands of fur that now covered half of his face. The larger horn on his head also made him feel slightly top-heavy, but wasn’t as bad as the sight thing. The new wings on his back, oddly, weren’t all that bad; he’d dealt with wings in his feral form, so he could handle them in his normal form, even with the muscle differences.
Honestly, all the changes - for all he was mentally complaining right now - weren’t really all that bad, they were just different. Even the slight sight deficit; as a normal-sized morph, the various goddesses that he had on speed dial would prevent him from being hurt too badly. And, as a macro, he really didn’t need to see where he was going; most everything he ran into would smash, and everything he smashed would be repaired.
All things considered, it was actually a pretty nice change.
He glanced downward at the necklace he now wore over his mane. The multi-colored stone that hung from it seemed to shimmer with it’s own light, the hues actually appearing to change at his slightest movement and he could almost swear he felt a small amount of heat coming from it. Definitely something magical as far as he was concerned, but he could get used to the feeling, especially with the benefits it offered him.
He glanced down at the (empty) planet he was currently sitting on and, with little more than a thought, it had shifted into a throne for him to relax in. The transformed absol chuckled, putting his paws up on a footstool that had just appeared from nothing. He’d revert everything sooner or later, but - for a little bit - he could indulge in a little godly power.
He was really starting to see why the girls liked it so much.
