And I completely ignored commenting on the actual picture itself . I can only imagine the move set this Pokémon would possibly have. Or even the type for that matter. Like a electric ghost or something since it has static electricity in the clothing.

Well, I take 3 per quarter and they're all going to an associate's in art. This quarter, I'm taking an art history class, a stop-motion animation class, and a 2D design class, which is where the underwater dog came from.
I actually have no idea! I think my two friends decided ghost/normal because that hasn't been done yet?
