Whew. I finally had a chance to get this done, and for a WONDER, I have finally uploaded a piece that doesn't involve diapers X3

So last night during my Livestream, I was waiting around for one of my commissioners to show up, so I figured I would go in and try to knock out some of my backlogged requests (PLEASE NOTE: I am not open to new requests at this time!), and since this was the first on the list, here it is.

So I decided to give it a party atmosphere! Because who doesn't love a good party, amirite? =^.^=
