Being an actual fat-ass who also weilds a katana, I can tell you....those shoes would just be a pain in the ass! Balance is key, and it's hard enough bare foot!
They do look cool though. But in a real fight, I'd get me some cleats.....might as well add one more sharp-end to my weapons, y'know?

Actually, no I haven't. I remember the film coming out by Dreamworks, voiced by Jack Black now that you mention it...
I have this weird trend of doing something someone else has either done or is doing at the time, only to remember or finding out about it later.
And it really sucks when their product upstages what I was working on. :(

Oh, I wasn't freaking out. If I were talking it woulda been in a very casual tone. It's just hard to pinpoint without the sound of emotion. :)
