It's actually the internal. Graininess is due to raytracing. I've been trying to get it to render in cycles, but the rendertimes are out the ass. >.o It goes insane because of the sheer amount of lights. If I don't use the glowstone/lamps as lights, then everything is too dark. I'm still messing around with it, but I decided for now just to use the internal.
