This is for all my friends and fans of Gundam.
I decided to put my Rx-78-2 ver 3.0 Against my just finished MSN-06S Sinanju.
Now here is where my nerd flops to the floor, and showes its self to the world. These two Suits are from the SAME universe, but only separated by 17 years. They are the same Model size 1:100. They are also both made by the Federation. Rx [white one] is the first prototype mobile suit for combat in space, while the Sinanju is a later version. I find it amazing that they are just so different, but this is another reason why I love the gundam universes. IN the Universal Century story line the Technology grows. And this is a very good example of why, and how:
The Rx-78 while being extremely strong was awkward in space before being upgraded. Its Rifle had very very limited rounds, and had a very limited supply of ammo in its bazooka, and Vulcan cannons. And that.. well was about it. Besides it dual beam sabers, but those were the first attempts.
17 years later we have the Sinanju. Its a modified version of a Federation prototype suit designed to maximize date for the later Unicorn suits. Its Beam rifle connects directly to its reactor so it has extreme range, and nearly limitless shots. It has a much larger, and extremely powerful bazooka. It also has ALOT More in the movement department. As it has external tanks for propellant. the backpack has 6 thrusters, Hips have 4, legs have 8, and shoulders have 2! its made for speed, and agility.
