Based of a dream that I had last night.

Where a train passed ( I won't explain the context),
and I took a fierce blow to my upper back, diaphragm and the back of my head.
I am lying unconscious (but in the dream I am internally conscious, I can feel etc.)
for a long time. Ten minutes or so. I had told my friends to go ahead of me. I am not breathing.
I can feel my body go numb, arms and legs disappear until only
my chest remains. Oxygen deprivation is getting to me, feeling sleepy,
if I could feel my body, I would struggle for air, but I can't, I am unconscious.
I fall into a trance. I think "Live on..." My hearts starts to beat irregularly
in my ear. I focus, listen to the sound. It beats faster. As if all of my energy is concentrated
into this one spot, trying to preserve life. I feel so completely peaceful and happy.
It is dark. It slows drastically. Suddenly I feel a blunt
Motion on my numb body, as I am turned onto my back. My best friend
is crouching over me, holding me head back. Cold reality streams into my
dead lungs and I slowly regain consciousness.
