Did you draw the first one in MS paint? Is that why it's so different and bad looking.

nah you can't do SMUDGE TOOL "SHADING" in paint ;p
I used photoshoop, I had no idea how to actually color lines and stuff. It wasn't until like
the end of last year
that I actually figured out how to color (I used Paint Tool SAI now~)
and then
about 8 months ago I figured out how to shade
lol
So that was all fairly recently
I'll probably look back on this in a few years and say JEBUZ CHREEST THIS IS HORRID

Well I say your work is amazing considering I can only dream of being able to draw like that. I hate having friends in real life who are amazing artists. Using abstract free style like it's no problem. I use a frame to draw a character while my friend in question just makes random lines and magically makes a perfect piece in only a few minutes. It drives me nuts!
