A parody/homage to influential anarcho-punk band Black Flag. This is essentially what their name and logo would be if the were Marxist punk (of course). I had this idea flowing around my head for a few years, but this article (http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/black-flag-logo-parodies) inspired me to go through with it.
