Chibi Duo is an ADULT not a cub or hatchling. He simply enjoys looking cute and being a foot tall as he is easier to cuddle, plus it ties into some of his lore. Artist did make a mistake on the face looking at viewer image as the head shape is incorrect and can be mistaken for a juvenile character, despite Duo explicitly being an ADULT dragon god.
