avallah , the cute and adorable doggy from Russia brings fun, love and peace to Berlin :)
This is my first Russian-German co-production and I really enjoyed it. We had so much fun making this little video and I hope that it's also fun to watch ^^

We filmed this video without any special music in mind, but when I found the amazing song "Little Crow" on Jamendo, it seemed to me that it would fit perfectly to our video, including the intro sequence. This song was produced by the very talented newcomer band My Woshin Mashin, which is also a Russian-German co-production :)

Avik let me use his camera equipment for this video, a Canon 5D MK3 on a Glidecam HD 4000. It was the first time for me to operate a Steadicam-like rig which turned out to be quite challenging compared to my simple and cheap "Schwebi". Furthermore I attached my Gopro Hero3 BE to Avik's chest for some additional "ego shooter" style viewing angles.

Im allgemeinen erst einmal ein gut gemachtes Video. Es hat nur das Manko, das es durch die ruhige Musik und nur einem Fursuiter etwas zu schnell monoton wird. Foto hier, Foto da. Die Interaktionen sind gleichbleibend.
Dennoch vom stillistischen Standpunkt sehr gut gemacht. Vorallem der Anfang ist schön efektvoll. Das ist eine Fähigkeit die ich noch erlernen möchte. Kameraführung und Schnitt sind wieder mal gut gelungen

In gewisser Weise hast Du Recht, was die Sache mit der Monotonie angeht, auch wenn ich versucht habe, das schnitttechnisch aufzulockern. Ich hätte auch gerne an verschiedenen Orten gedreht, was aber leider nicht geklappt hat. Ich hatte mir auch gewünscht, dass mehr Fursuiter mitmachen, aber alle die ich gefragt habe, hatten keine Zeit.
Am Drehtag waren übrigens um die 30 Grad im Schatten und als dann auch noch die Speicherkarte der Kamera voll war, sind wir auf dem kürzesten Weg wieder zum Hotel zurück, damit Avik seine dringend benötigte Dusche bekommen konnte. Am nächsten Tag hat dann das Wetter nicht mehr mitgespielt. Das fertige Video ist der Versuch, das Beste aus dem Material zu machen, das wir trotz der widrigen Umstände in den Kasten bekommen haben.
Das mit der "ruhigen Musik" kann ich allerdings nicht nachvollziehen. Abgesehen vom Mittelteil ist die Musik total peppig und schwungvoll und bringt genau die "Feel good"-Stimmung rüber, die wir mit dem Video vermitteln wollen.

Nun gut, Musik ist in der Tat Geschmackssache. Nur weil ich auf Techno abfahre, tun es andere auch^^
Für einen richtig guten Film brauch man sowieso viel mehr Zeit und Vorbereitung. Aber so ein Tag mal beim Suiten dabei zu sein hat schließlich auch was für sich. Mein Rekord waren 42°C in Las Vegas im Schatten. Schon allein als Kameramann ist das kaum auszuhalten. Für die Fursuiter wird es da noch heftiger. Aber da du das Wetter erwähnst, das macht auch viel aus. Warst du schon einmal bei einem Suitwalk dabei, wo die Stimmung der Passanten grundsätzlich am Tiefpunkt war? Orte wo es sonst belebt zugeht, waren leer... Und das vieleicht nur, weil es statt Sonnenschein ein paar graue Wolken am Himmel gab. Nicht einmal Regen oder so etwas o.0

Ich hör auch gern Techno, aber eben auch andere Sachen und in diesem Fall hätte Techno wohl nicht gepasst.

Dass beim Videodreh nicht immer alles nach Plan läuft ist wohl eher die Regel als die Ausnahme, irgendwie muss man halt immer Kompromisse eingehen.

would've been an amazing film if it wasn't for the typical fursuiter children fetish pedophilia. just because you fursuit doesn't mean you have to act like someone with an unnatural attraction to children. furries already have enough of a problem with fad chasing and not being able to think for themselves we don't need everyone doing this creepy stuff all the time too now.
So, if you love making nice fursuit videos and photos, why aren't there any in your gallery?
And you shouldn't project your own preferences on other people. Just because you see some kind of "pedophilia fetish" in this video it doesn't mean that it was the intention of the creators.
Avik met alot of people during his suitwalk, old and young ones and the most outstanding scene is the one with the OLD lady in the wheelchair.
Fursuiters and children interacting with each other isn't "unnatural", most children love fursuiters, they are like giant living plushies for them. There is absolutely nothing fetish related or creepy from my point of view.
Constructive criticism is always welcome but in your case I have the impression that you simply misunderstood or misinterpreted the intention of the video.
