and B.) Insulation works by trapping dry air, so The colder it gets it might be the thicker and tighter the clothing gets as it gets colder to a point. or it's tailored to breathe less. (Puffy with tight waits, collars and sleeves.

C.) though in summer gauze and Cheesecloth stule fabricks might be good for warm weather, to protext any modesty., or show a bit of color

The clothing is thick, just not tight. It's more for wind resistance than anything.
I don't like putting tight clothing on my canidae because that does not seem practical for their fur, as any person with long hair knows how painful getting it caught and tugged on clothing can feel. Heck, even long leg hair can feel uncomfortable under tight, tall socks. The pants are loose but tighten considerably under the knees; the sleeves on the coat are belled so that he can comfortable cross his arms when cold.

Uniform and Costume Nerd: Okay, though for Wind Resistance you could make do with Cotton Duck and it's water repellent (hence the name "duck"), so that might be good. more like a windbreaker, or anorak, but Some insulation would help. Loose sleeves, These people don't get into Melee fghts much eh? Still, Cool stuff.

Mhmmm something like that would work well. For rain they also often wear cloaks, and umbrellas are liking a saving grace on days with slow winds ahahahhaha
