They already revealed him a long while back, along with Axl Low, Milia, Eddie, and Potemkin. And Chip isn't that good tbh, he's fast, yea, but his guts rating is awful considering he takes a lot of damage as is, and he deals little damage in the first place unless his combo string is long. x3
Though, I do want to play Axl too, I really like his character design.
