I actually watched a documentary show, once, about how to make a blow pipe from natural resources. The natives didn't use hollow bamboo, which didn't grow in the Orinoco basin. I thknk they used a taut string run through a different plant of some sort, to ream the soft pith out. Or was it boiling hot water... ?

Well, maybe you'd like to hear a recipe for cooking tarantulas instead? I think I remember that documentary better.
