it would be tearduct, you can't see out big globes like this even if left clear because it distorts vison sooooo bad, and the tearducts would have to be so forward that they'd be distracting....that is is why I like neck vision heads like this, I can do the side set eyes and still provide excellent vision and an accurate head shape! :)
Also in this case I would NOT have been able to do the spring ears on a normal vision head cause there would be no where to mount the springs w/out digging into your skull, neck vision heads are also great for making removable horns and light up effects because you have all that space in the skull of the animal above the person's head.

No, you are right. There are a few Disney mascots with globe eyes. They see through them, as they are a very fine layer of acrylic, and the centers are nearly flat (same curve as a pair of sunglasses at the very front) The vision is workable in a theme park environment because there are usually park handlers nearby but unseen for the mascot's assistance.
For a fursuiter in or out of con, it's not really an option. The eyes are very fragile, Disney's style allows for flattened eyes, and we probably want to see where we are going. The distortion of the eyes on Beastcub's head here would be dizzying, even if your eyes are set wide enough to see through both at the same time. Neck vision may be your only route for Bambi. That, or toony canvas eyes.

Actually it very recently was cancelled, the plan was to expand it, but the dummy was lost in the mail, and the making of the second dummy was continually delayed and then the customer fell out of love with the fandom during said time and decided to let go of the suit despite it being "perfect".
So I still have the head and halfsuit parts, and beyond using it for the Fantasy Fair at the end of October (with some kind of hot pink and black punk/raver outfit) I am not sure what I am doing with it... I may sell it, depends on how things go at the fair and if I feel I will have enough use out of it to justify keeping it (oh dear gawd there are so many suits and cosplays in my house)

So very sad to hear that her original owner left the fandom. :( I simply can't imagine how anyone could want to part with this gorgeous suit! <3 But I'm so glad I'll be able to give her a good home, even if I don't have the same perfect bodytype as the original owner (she'll be more plump now, but it can't be helped). I'll send you some pics of her being worn, if you'd like, and I found a nice punk, leopard print outfit to go with her in the same pink/black colors. :)
