I'm gonna go ahead and say it's a GE Genesis P42DC. Judging from the Amtrak logo on the bottom of the shirt that went out of use in 2000, and the fact that the GE Genesis train was introduced through the late 90s and early 2000s, I'm going to date this shirt as being created anywhere from 1997-1999.
