Another creature I came up with. A mix between a frilled lizard, a dragon, and a deer. As you could probably guess, the folds of skin around its neck can be extended outward in a flashy display. It may also even be able to turn colors - duller and cooler when calm and more red and flashy when angered. Its mouth is lined with sharp teeth and its long tail can be used as a whip to defend itself, a balance for perching on its hind legs or running, as well as the bright red tip being used as a lure for prey.
