I got to do a badge trade with 
yuchiangel! Eeee I did a badge for Yuchi a few months ago http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1074863/ when I was first starting to draw furry things, and god, this one is SO much better in my opinion! :D Picture does it NO justice lol. This time I used glitter pens :D :D Because they are SHINY!
This is 3x4 on cardstock (or something similar, I don't exactly know what kind of paper it is 8D). Done with Sharpie and Prisma pencils. The color is much more vibrant in real life!
Alternately, would anyone want to do a badge trade with me? You'd get one like this :D :D Or if you want, I'll sell them for like $8.

Lol I'm a bad teacher and really I can't say much other than PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE x3
To be honest, I don't know how to color. All I do is pick a color that I want to use, then lay it down. Then with a darker shade, or with grey or black, I put in the shadows. Then with a lighter color or white, I put down the highlights XD
This is how I do my digital and real media pieces. Shading is a whole other beast which I'd suggest you search on Google for tutorials because that I can't really teach XD
