hehe the goth-ness (yay for new words!) of it is because she is a Sky Dragon...their coloring generally matches the colors of the sky during different parts of the day, and her's matches the midnight sky.

Hehe, the basic idea behind them is as camouflage... So that when she is flying overhead on a starry night, you could look up at her and not even know she was there.

unless ofcourse it was a cloudy night, though to be honest, unless she's within twenty feet at night most people wouldn't notice anyone flying around them.

Thanks! Though this picture is slightly out of date now as she's come into possession of some extra bits, so to speak. Haven't gotten around to getting a more up to date picture commissioned yet.
