this game is epic :) 2D horror hasn't been this mind-screwing since Clock Tower 1.

Which clock tower?
The One from PSX or the First fear?
I loved the both and wanna play them again. (however, Fisrt Fear became kinda easy after 2 or 3 gameplays, hide or escape becomes really easy )

while i forgot which titles are in which order...i know that CT1 and CT2 are same protaganist.

CT1 was SNES.
CT2 and spinoff title were the two on ps1, and CT3 was ps2. Haunting Grounds on ps2 was originally going to be Clock Tower 4, but it got thrown as new title completely since it was so far from the originals as far as story feel. :)

i got the entire series a couple years back ^^" he loves the **** out of them so he could probably tell ya lots of the story stuff if any insider info on them :3

just tried looking it up and i guess First Fear is the remake of the original SNES title?

Yeah, i know, i just used the subtitle to be exact about the game (as it could confuse people, including myself)
I played mostly complete the 2 firsts (missing just both 'D' endings from the second game), from the third and forward i just watched some videos.

I liked seeing all the endings cuz they are pretty messed up.

Glad you are at least aware of the games getting typical 90s mislabeling as well ^^
I always hate when i am thorough but sound like a spiteful knowitall ^^'
