So i was trying to think of a rival of sorts for my moody girl Cid, but as I drew this she didnt come of some really bitchy popilar girl, but she dose seem like some cool girl from the 80s or some thing. So i will probably have to take another crack at making a rival some time

She kinda reminds me of Panty from Panty and Stockings with Garterbelts, pretty much the face, hair and style, but her clothes look nice and original, very 80's.
