It's true! It happened like 3 times! One was an old one that didn't have the pic shown, but it was shown when you click "Download". Another is when I had a pic of him made with the use of colored outlines, again didn't show. Now the bio pic and the bio did the same thing! I had to take a screenshot of the image in the Windows Fax viewer and had to edit out the borders in Photoshop! But I'm glad that it's showing now!
