
Was asked to bring something to my Brothers for his big Halloween party this weekend. so made pumpkin cheese cake
Pumpkin Cheesecake
Recipe: (This recipe makes 2 pies)
4 bricks of cream cheese (250G)
1.5 cups of white sugar, Splenda, Stevea, or other sugar substitute.
1.5 cups of brown sugar or brown sugar substitute.
2 pre made pie crusts or equivalent.
2 Tablespoons of Vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 to 1 Teaspoon of ginger
1.5 cups of Pumpkin Puree.
Pre heat oven to 325 C
In one bowl Mix: cream cheese, white sugar, vanilla until mixed and smooth.
In another bowl Mix: pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger.
Ready the pie crusts. Take Approximate 2 cups of the mixed cream cheese and divide it into the 2 pie's, spread evenly.
Take the pumpkin puree and mix it into the remaining cream cheese, mix well.
Then divide it and evenly spread it (over top of the cream cheese) into the 2 pie crusts.
Place in oven for Approximately 35 to 45 minutes
Let sit until fully cooled and set.
Then eat :)
