It's River and her brother's having lunch.
On the left is Jackie, the eldest brother of the three. Jackie took over being the parents to Joey and River when he was 23, when their parents passed away. When Jackie was 31 he had an accident at a construction sight which is why he's confined to a wheelchair. He used to be a large strapping Bull in his younger years but now he's 35 and has slipped a bit. He now works in an office, in a cubicle all day, but has always kept his nose ring from his Bull Riding days.

Then River in the middle and Joey on the right. Joey's been a chubby guy since his teen years but he's cool with that. He's a funny guy, even now he's joking around about some such and has Jackie rolling. (harharhar) Joey and River have a pretty close relationship, they were very young when their parents died, Joey was 10, River was 8. Since Jackie had to work all the time to support them Joey and River basically grew up watching each other's backs. When River had her first boyfriend, then when she had her first girlfriend, Joey was the first to know. When Joey got picked on in school it was River who jumped in, Tomboy flag flying, to scrap with the boys and defend her brother. Joey is 22 now and is in school to be a photojournalist, he's landed several great scholarships to help him achieve this. When he graduates he'll be the first one in his family to finish college.
