Another character of mine from Adolphus Hare. This character is named Finnik, the assassin sent by Adolphus' arch-enemy to murder Adolphus. Finnik eventually becomes Adolpus' rival, of sorts, and the two develop a kind of almost friendly competition with one another. Finnik, having been beaten by Adolphus in their first encounter, has to prove to himself in each and every future confrontation the two have that his initial defeat was, and always will be, a fluke.

Eventually Finnik might work up the nerve to complete his contract on Adolphus, but not yet. He's too impassioned to settle the score and intrigued by the benevolent hare to kill him. For now...
