During times of war, there was always a change your friends would never come back. But when they appeared on your door, tired but still in one piece, it was always a great relief.
Aruka and Rainer were best friends, through everything. Nobody wants that a good smith leaves into war, Aruka was absolutely needed at his homefront. Rainer was away sometimes for months, Aruka was always more than happy to see Rainer again.

Hmm, that armor seriously distorts Rainer's anatomy. Not to say there are other weirdness (including blindness for own art and dravenes themselves).
Also: manly dravene hug :3
