(The program I use tends to get around 20MB for just a couple seconds.)

Whoa, that's cool! I've never seen a cloth sim that you could click and poke at. I'll have to look into Marvelous Designer.

This is the number one reason I keep myself from Marvelous Designer. I'd have too much fun playing with the clothes than actually designing.

I took a look at their website, the software looks fairly manageable, but damn, that price.

In your experience, is it worth it? Obviously we have lots of out-of-the-box software solutions for cloth these days. I can stitch something together fairly easily, the biggest thing with this package appears to be not having to bother with constraints and tolerances. Will this thing export optimized meshes and bones as well?

Really impressive! Getting cloth simulation to actually look realistic and not randomly explode from collisions is such a pain sometimes. Also love the cloth ears :"3
