I finished the rough smooth (i know that sounds weird) of the torso and baked it. then added the head. I have one ear in place and am starting to add on the frame work for the second before i do another bake and add the hat. eyebrows and then one more bake and all the details go in and the base..

I know i still have some adjustents tomake on the expression but all in all i think hes working out quite well
