Inflatable Latex Dragon Fursuit (Auction/Sale)
Well, I was going to list on eBay, but honestly that process is just all to fiddly to work out.
So, lucky you guys. Smaller audience and I'm just going to list it here on FA. Bidding below.
This is a one piece (head attached etc) inflatable rubber dragon suit.
I run Squeak Latex
squeaklatex, the company who produced this costume. It has been used during our photoshoot for our website and at a couple of furry conventions and rubber expo's.
Worn I'd say around 8 times total.
You breath via the air tubes in the nose which run to the mouth. You can also breath fairly easy out your nose through the holes in the eyes. (As weird as that sounds). Wings are the only part that detach via press studs.
Other than that, the suit is all one inflation chamber. Tail, head, feet, hands, body. Is all blown up at the same time. Inflation valve is on the ankle.
Entry is via the inner leg seam (Ankle to ankle)
It has two layers, the outer layer balloons out whilst the inner layer squeezes in. So the suit can be inflated without someone inside, also you won't run out of air or anything like that being inside.
It's been hanging in our wardrobe and would love to see it out there being used. No point it sitting around.
Item is located in Brisbane Australia, so keep in mind the postage overseas could range from between $50 - $100+
Bidding starts at $900US not including shipping costs.
Auction will end on Friday at 8pm AEST (that's around 2am Friday LA time)
Why wait to have one made, this guy is ready to go!

Hm, let's see, not my favorite design but let's call it an adventure... New price is listed as 1300$, when's SL going to resume operations?
How well can you clean that thing? Breath tubes especially sound like germ magnets. Just flush it out with soap water or something?
950$

Also like to point out this all depends on the person. I myself have done whole parades in them. A friend of mine had wondered around conventions for hours and hours on end.
Depends on fitness and how you can handle it. Each person is different.
Could also look into cooling packs or system.
It is hot, you will get sweaty. Unlike fursuits which suck up the sweat. There is no where for it to go, do you'll come out looking far wetter than you would in fursuit.
Though latex is easier to keep clean. Just rinse it off in the shower.

Yeah sounds pretty limited as to the longevity of wearing the costume. I personally think I could last between one and three hours. No longer than that. But it sounds fun! I'll definitely consider buying one after college! Is just like to try one out before I officially make that decision, though.
