Some fast scribbles of some facial expressions of Myre. I found this facial meme template on DeviantArt and couldn't resist taking a small break from commissions. :D
Bashful and Submissive is something non existant for her, and nobody told us which kind of smile. ;P
I realyl should upload more progress and designs of the comic to keep you updated. I've been writing and scribbling a lot but never got around to upload some more "proper" stuff. More will be coming soon!
The facial expression meme is a good practise and showcast to illuminate part of a character's personality. It is also a good practise to become more confident and faster with drawing facial expressions and perspective of the head. Eyes are often the main focus of a picture, or a panel when it comes to comics, so you definitely want to give your story a bit of punch by making them come alive with all sorts of expressions.
Sometimes this requires exaggerating those, as a practise, even if you don't mean to end up doing those in your pictures or comics.

lol my gods, I love how 'tight' mouthed she is in most of these pics. Its awesome - you don't see that kind of expression in nearly enough art. I should really be getting on my arse and doing one of these for my own chars. I have been putting it off for a LONG time. Ugh....
